What to expectWe're not like your typical gym

Your typical workout session will be unlike others that you may have experienced. It is relationship-focused, goal-focused and then training focussed. During your workout session, you will catch up on life events, discuss achievements, concerns and goals and TRAIN, while also having a bit of a laugh.  Just sign in and come into the training room where everything will be set up and your trainer will be waiting for you.
