Zac is an Accredited Exercise Scientist with a background in powerlifting and specific training. Zac enjoys helping people achieve their physical goals, whether that be improving sport performance, quality of life or achieving their weight loss targets.
It is important to Zac that each client is provided with the knowledge and skills in physical movement and nutrition to ensure they are able to achieve their goals.
He strives to stay up to date on the newest research and training techniques, allowing him to ensure his clients are receiving the best possible training and advice.
Zac takes a holistic approach to wellbeing; but his particular interests are in exercise physiology, nutrition and strength & conditioning.
