Tom is an Accredited Exercise & Sport Scientist with an enthusiastic and positive attitude towards each client.

Tom wants to work with his clients and help them in achieving their goals. It doesn’t matter if you are a first-time gym user or experienced user Tom will utilise his skills and knowledge to help achieve your goals so you can become the best version of you.

What is your training style?

My training style is to go with the flow and teach/motivate my clients in the ways that best suit the individual. Some clients may be easygoing and not need that extra motivation whereas some will thrive on encouragement and challenge!

What can we expect in a training session with you?

You can expect a training session that is designed to meet your training goals and areas for improvement. The training session is designed to meet what you wish to gain from the session but balanced with exercises which I know are going to make you stronger and feel better. 

Why are you a personal trainer?

I am a personal trainer because I thoroughly enjoy being able to help clients meet their health 

What are your hobbies?

I love sport, so I am watching sport when I have spare time with AFL and NBA being my main 2 sports. I like to keep active also with gym training and runs/walks and boxing.

Outside of the gym, where is your happy place?

Happy place for me would be when I am back at home with my family. I’ve moved out of home so it always good to be back home with my parents and siblings.

What’s your favourite hype song for life?

Thunderstruck by AC/DC used to be my go-to song before a big game of footy so I’d have to say that.
