It is important to Swade that each client is provided with the education and skill set to make positive and long standing changes to their lives.

What is your training style?

Whether it’s tough love or a softer approach, my training style directly matches the client’s learning style. I’m all about synergistic energy!

What can we expect in a training session with you?

Collaboration. The client is the professional of their life and I am the professional in facilitating health/fitness goals!

Why are you a personal trainer?

I want to be the most equipped and qualified person to genuinely help people achieve things they never thought they could with their body.

What are your hobbies?

Studying exercise physiology, training at gym, meditation, playing squash, literally watching all sports, music concerts, cooking plant-based foods and cryptocurrency trading!

Outside of the gym, where is your happy place?

Outdoor exercise followed by barefoot grounding and meditation on the beach, in a forest, at a waterfall or especially when in a different country!

What’s your favourite hype song for life?

I will literally jam to any genre as long as it has meaningful lyrics or a good beat!
