My training style is scientific and methodical.

In a training session with me, you can expect an exercise program tailored to your specific needs. My goal with each session is to make exercising fun and enjoyable while still working hard and challenging you.
Why are you a personal trainer?
I decided to become a personal trainer as I am passionate about exercise and helping others to achieve their exercise goals.
What are your hobbies?
My hobbies include soccer, cars, video games, travelling, and eating food.
Outside of the gym, where is your happy place?
My happy place outside of the gym is playing soccer. I’ve played for many years and also used to be involved in refereeing and coaching.
