Maria has a Bachelor of Health Science with majors in Exercise Science and Nutrition from Deakin University.

Maria strives to ensure every client is provided with the education and skillset to make positive and long-standing changes to their lives.

What is your training style?

My training style is mainly scientific and interactive. I make sure clients are set up with skills and education to promote behaviour change both inside and outside the gym e.g provide them with small exercise programs they can do at home, to help them reach all their health and fitness goals.

What can we expect in a training session with you?

Gain new skills and get educated along the way,  intensity – suited to each individual, a lot of laughs and fun. And reaching goals.

Why are you a personal trainer?

I have a strong passion for health and well-being as well as helping people. I want to help individuals be the best versions of themselves and achieve their goals.

What are your hobbies?

Soccer, trying out new restaurants, running, shopping, reading.

Outside of the gym, where is your happy place?

On a walk listening to good music, the beach or my bed.
