Elizabeth has a passionate and friendly attitude towards helping every client succeed. 

It is important to Elizabeth that she is able to educate and help each client make positive changes to their lives and strive towards goals they set for their fitness journey.

Elizabeth wants to ensure her clients get the most out of her sessions. It is why she strives to maintain the most up to date knowledge about research and practical skills so that she can continue to apply creative outside-of-the-box training plans for her clients. 

Her passion lies across all aspects of health and wellness; but she does take a particular interest in rehabilitation, injuries and managing muscle imbalances using strength and conditioning and mobility work to improve Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
