Dave has an Honours Degree in Sport Science and spent 8 years working in the AFL.
Dave is a positive and motivating individual who enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds. He takes pride in his ability to provide engaging and progressive programs to clients and is always willing to share his knowledge of health and fitness.
What is your training style?
I would describe myself as a relaxed and methodical trainer who strives to support clients to achieve their goals. Previously working in the AFL and having a love for sport, I love working with athletes who are keen to improve their sporting performance.
What can we expect in a training session with you?
Within a training session with me, you can expect things that you enjoy and things that are going to challenge you. I believe in working with the client and making the sessions as fun & engaging as possible.
Why are you a personal trainer?
I’m a personal trainer as I love leading an active and healthy lifestyle and love the rewarding feeling that comes with helping others live their best life!
What are your hobbies?
My hobbies include staying fit & healthy, cycling, spending time with family and friends and telling jokes.
Outside of the gym, where is your happy place?
My happy place outside of the gym, is at the beach and in nature.
What’s your favourite hype song for life?
My favourite hype songs for life are tied between ‘Make Your Own Kind of Music’ by Cass Elliot and ‘Alive’ by Empire of the Sun. The titles speak for themselves.
