Bradie has a Masters of Sport Science from Victoria University.
It is important to Bradie that each client is provided with the education and skill set to make positive and long standing changes to their lives.
He strives to maintain the most up to date standard of knowledge, research and practical skills allowing for him to apply a ‘thinking outside the box’ strategy to all workout programs whilst making them fun and engaging.
His passion lies across all aspects of health and holistic wellbeing; but his particular interests are in exercise physiology, nutrition and strength & conditioning.
